Compare to last year, Chinese New Year Promotions are relatively less. Maybe due to the economic as well?
I just found a super expensive Chinese New Year restaurant promotion from Gu Yue Tien Restaurant - RM 3999. Man, economic downturn? Don't think so. Especially for rich people.
