ATROCIOUS SERVICE AS IN NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! They take 10 mins to gv a menu, that is only if u ask. Then they put on a face like they are doing it for free and ur there to eat for free. If u ask ala carte, they say cook not available, take whats available. If u ask extra sambar, they ask whther u really want it. Drinks never arrive as u ordered. And then when we were there there was blackout, they just shut everything down and made us eat in dark and hot place even when we hd a baby. When u ask the counter, they say they are not responsible for the waiters. Food quality is very bad compared to their Penang or Bangsar counterparts. THis restaurant is shame and their owners are ROBBERS because they take our money and never give back good food or service. We gave them a piece of our mind and will never go back there and hv told every one not to go there anymore.. !!!!

For every ying there is a yang so I must say I was in KL last year backpacking and stumbled across this little gem. You must remember it is more of a cafe then a restaurant and they may not be geared specifically for the tourist market. But what you get is great tasting food and friendly service (It may take a while for them to warm to you though). We ended up returning here day after day for our 9 days in KL and have yet to find another place that can replicate there amazing Dosa food anywhere else we have visited in the world. So for cheap and tasty food I would say this is a must visit just for the atmosphere. Remember also - don't use knife & revel in the local customs, you will enjoy it more!
