Restaurant Introduction:

Herzlich Willkommen!

To Bavarian Bierhaus German Restaurant with European feel, casual in atmosphere with emphasis on good Beers and big hearty German meals. German Weiss-Biers is the most popular among many varieties of local and foreign Beers the Restaurant carries. We offer the biggest selection of Paulaner Family Beers in KL.

The Weissbeer goes very well with our house specialities such as German Bratwurst Sausages, Roasted Pork Knuckles and Barbeque Pork Ribs that happens to be our customers' favored dishes.

Many locals have been introduced to Bavarian Bierhaus where they dine in with their families or friends and will share the house favourites the "Asian Way".

Bavarian "Gemutlichkeit"

Do you want to know what Gemutlichkeit is? There is no equivalent English translation for this German word. The abstract noun can best be translated with cosiness, but it is much more.

Cheerfulness play an important part in Bavarian Gemutlichkeit as well as having a good time with friends, warmth and of course a lack of hectic everyday life. Gemutlichkeit is celebrated in Bavarian Beer gardens, restaurants and festivals with a "mass bier" and traditional folk music.

For Bavarians, local culture plays an important role in their lives and hence their traditions are well sustained. These traditions including Gemutlichkeit are performed through arts, festivals, music and dance. This is a real "Gaudi" (fun, hilarious atmosphere).

Dankeschin !

Had sizzling Pork for lunch and was a little disappointed. Meat too tough, soup too bland and got to request for a change

Avoid the appetizers and carefully read the menu: Looking for a small bite so we ordered severely overpriced nachos with the meal, and got only some chips and canned tomato salsa. We asked "what about the cheese... beans... meat..??" and were told to refer to the menu which states in small print that the "nachos" are chips with salsa. The waitress was uninterested and rude and admitted to never seeing a plate of nachos in her life. In fact, i'd avoid the place all-together. Overpriced tourist slock in a stale atmosphere.
