Restaurant Introduction:

Our food is a mixture of updates Asian and Western cuisine, with a wide range of cakes and desserts. Think: Char-Grilled Seafood Spaghettini, Nasi Ulam, Caesar Salad, Ox Tongue Sandwiches and Berry Pavlova Sandwich.

went to the one at publika. had a terrible time there - have never experienced such poor service level in any restaurant. we had a reservation earlier, but the store manager made us wait for half hour. this is understandable as the customers have not left yet, but he didn't do anything until we request to be seated at the outside first, while waiting for our reserved place to be available. next, the store manager didn't allow us to make our order. we requested for plain water to be served, but it didn't come. this happened many times, when we ordered for refill or requested for utensils. at one point a wait staff even purposefully ignored us when we were gesturing for him right under his nose! terrible service not worth going at all

I was there yesterday with my family at 5pm, my 2nd time. Had their beef lasagna(rm19.90) and that came with a salad, we took the mushroom barley salad. We shared that and ended up going to the toilet several times later around 4am. Im not sure where to go to complain. But im not going to eat there again.

Service was absolutely horrid at Ben's when 9 of us went last Sunday. It took an hour for the lasagne to show up by which time the 8 other people at our table had finished their meal. Table was not cleared when the desserts arrived despite constant request by us to do so. Waiters looked vacantly at us when we asked for dessert spoons. The wait staff has obviously not been trained and if this is reflective of the other BIG Group restaurants then I'm going to give all of them a miss.

Most horrid service. Service staff walked around like zombies. Not attentive to our calls and waves. Outlet manager was not any better. Poorly trained with staff lacking basic waitering and customer service skills. Blank face most times, not a smile on their face!!! Food was mediocre. Never going back till i heat about improvements!!!
