Simply Fusion
Originated in Rawang, Simply Fusion aspires to create scrumptious food and also an environment that exudes warmth and freshness for the enjoyment of it patrons. The Company’s present INTENTION is to establish additional food and beverage outlet to enable food enthusiast to savour the food created by their culinary specialist in more convenient locations.
The endorsements given by the crowds are the greatest temptation for them to move on to their new outlet in Jaya One. It’s never been easy to embrace the challenging form of fusion cooking without a whole-hearted passion all the way. They have made their intentions clear with Simply Fusion and distinguish from negative connotations of mish-mash confused flavour commonly found in fusion cuisine.
Seafood Garlic Fried Rice, Chicken Curry Noodles, Pepper Fore Shank
The Menu contains well-known dishes such Garlic Seafood Fried Rice and Chicken Curry Noodles, but given a fusion twist. You could enjoy the Pepper Fore Shank and get a cake and a drink as well for only a sum of RM29.10+. Pepper Fore Shank is an enormous specimen, swimming in a generous amount of sauce with huge portion of home-made mash potatoes and a strong hint of fresh pepper.
Root Beer Spaghetti, Alfredo Cheese, Switch Club Sandwich
Interestingly named Root Beer Spaghetti (RM11.80). The pasta cook with Mexican Root Beer Chilli sauce, unique in taste and comes served in a boat shaped bowl, held in a wooden support. Also not forgetting their Seafood Alfredo (RM19.80) that comes with cheesy base and generous amount of mussels, squids and prawns in it. The Switch Club Sandwich (RM10.80)-recommended by the chef himself. Given the choice of Whole Meal or White Bread, the bread is sandwich with chunks of freshly grilled aromatic chicken and fresh greens.
Azuki Fritz and Rainbow Rock
When comes with impressive choice of drinks, Azuki Fritz, the café house-favourite. Combination of East meet West, the ice-blended drink comes with a mixture of red beans (Azuki), soya milk plus the taste of vanilla ice-cream, topped with more azuki. If it was meant to be fusion, you will be surprised by its refreshing aroma of Vanilla and chef’s creativity on it.

There is a mélange of juices, floats, hot and cold teas and coffees, yogurt, smoothies, milk shakes, ice-cream and even the ubiquitous bubble tea.
