Named after the legendary actress-singer Saloma who captured the hearts of Malaysians of all ages, the Saloma Theatre Restaurant offers international buffet dinners or steamboat set menu with cultural dance performances nightly. Patrons could also opt for outdoor seating at the courtyard with the beverage bar.

The menu features a gastronomic experience showcasing the flavours of Malaysia. For some nostalgic flavours, sample specialities from the a la carte menu. Combining Malaysian style and international favourites, they bear interesting names such as Club Sandwich & Tiga Abdul, Nasi Goreng & Bujang Lapuk, Penang Kuew Teow & Labu Labi* and many other references to films produced by Saloma*s on and off screen husband, Tan Sri P.Ramlee.

Tiffin lunches are also popular and so the nightly international cuisine served buffet style at the Theatre Restaurant. Assorted Satay, Rendang Ayam, Lemang, Wok-Fried Mussel, Roasted Leg of Lamb and many others.

Malaysian Cuisine such as Club Sandwich 'Tiga Abdul', Burger 'Uda & Dara', Nasi Goreng 'Bujang Lapuk', Penang Kuew Teow 'Labu Labi', Fish & Chips 'Idaman Kalbu', Ice Kacang 'Puteri Bersiram' and Sago Gula 'Telaga Hati', Satay, Rendang ayam, Lemang, Wok-fried mussel kam heong, Sambal udang petai, Daging masak hitam manis, Ayam goreng mamak style, Ikan panggang Portugis and Saloma steamboat.
