To “bisik” is to chat discreetly, whisper and relax. This is what this innovatively decorated restaurant encourages. The contemporary retro-Mediterranean-tropics décor gives it a tropical feel and the rectangular-shaped layout area generates a more café-style atmosphere. The long bar overlooks an elevated stage for live performances and a glass-enclosed cellar reveals a varied range of wines, cigars and champagnes.
With an emphasis on mainly fusion cuisine on the menu, the restaurant features different menus suitable for different times of the day. However, favourites can be indulged in at any time of the day such as the “Rojak” which is fruit platter smothered in a black prawn paste dressing. An overwhelming selection of dishes is from Penang and some of the popular dishes are the Back Lane Nasi Goreng served with eggs, nuggets and “sambal belacan”.
For desserts, there are there are selections of Sago Gula Melaka and Marble Cheesecake.
