Offering a range of fusion food, this popular outlet attracts a wide range of patrons - businessmen, families and tourists. As one of the main principles of fusion cooking is the reliance on fresh ingredients, the creative chefs at this restaurant use the freshest fish, the best meats and vegetables to bring up innovative dishes. Everything from Asian staples to rare spices are fare game.

They do a good job of producing exotic, unctuous food. The main theme here is the fusion of Asian and Western food, though Japanese influences are noticeable too.
