Nagomi Restaurant was created to provide its guests an unparalleled Japanese Shabu-Shabu dining experience. From the moment guests walk into our confortable, nature-themed outlets, they are transported from the hectic world of the metropolis to a world designed to relax and indulge.

Shabu-Shabu is a traditional Japanese dish. The term Shabu-Shabu translates literally to swish-swish; the motion of thinly sliced meat boiling in water.

Shabu-Shabu is traditionally served using thinly sliced beef that would then be cooked in a pot of boiling water or broth made with kombu{kelp}. But here at Nagomi Restaurant, our executive chef Ikuo Tanabe puts his creative hands to the traditional Shabu-Shabu dish and transformed it into a masterpiece of indulgence.

Guests to Nagomi Restaurant are pampered with choices of only the finest ingredients; from succulent Kobe Beef to tantalizing King Crab that melts in your mouth. Served with specially prepare broth, house-made dipping sauces, and imported Sushi-grade ricel our Shabu-Shabu dining experience is truly one of a kind.
