Originated as a gourmet herbal soup from Klang, Malaysia, Bak Kut Teh becomes the all-time favorite Five-Star exotic food that depicts the unique aspects of Malaysian cuisine and the amazing food culture. **Halal style is to be featured here.

Cooking Up a Storm - featuring specialties and cooking demonstrations by international and local celebrity chefs
3 FOOD ACROBATS
Featuring techniques such as
hand-pulled noodles, teh tarik
(pulling tea technique), roti canai
making, food carving, etc.
4 RESTAURANT SHOWCASE
It features extra special dishes prepared by renowned chefs, restaurants and hotels in town. It also showcases extraordinary festive culinary packages, such as "Yee Sang", wedding and annual dinner etc.
