Dining Hall

The restaurant's striking, regal decor, inspired by the rich tapestry of Thai artifacts, served to set the mood for an exotic experience that diners can enjoy at this, one of the city's more distinctive dining locales.

Main Dining Hall

One is immediately at peace upon entering the tranquil surroundings of Amarin, as the openness of the dining area gives way to the hum of gently cascading water found in the restaurant’s water features that dot the entrance. With soft lilting tunes that play on the airwaves, you are immediately aware of the rich aromas that permeate the air.

StartersMieng kam (traditional Thai leaves roll using daun kaduk to wrap ingredients such as cili padi, shallots, peanuts, lemon skin, dried shrimps and a thick plum sauce)

Dishes to be served with rice Tomyam goong (prawn tomyam) Pla thod rad prik (deep fried garoupa in Thai chili sauce) Green curry (with beef or chicken) Roast duck curry Chicken with hot basil leaves Otak-otak

Dessert Mango with sticky (glutinous) rice and coconut milk Tako (water chestnut jelly with coconut cream)

Deep-fried Minced Chicken on Toast, Prawns in Wontan Skins, Golden Pouches, Tom Yam Goong, Stuffed Crab Shells, Steamed Fish with Lime and Chilli and Egg Custard.

Cigars and wines from many regions and other beverages

Set lunches and dinners are also offered.

Beverage Counter

There are three private rooms: Krungthep with a 22-seat capacity, Sukhothai for a 14-seat capacity, or Ayuthaya for up to 8-seat capacity. There is also a small enclave with leather sofas and cushions for more intimate and casual gatherings.
