Cafe Serena Brasserie Offers a variety of international and local delicacies daily A very tropical and friendly café, it also offers a panoramic view of Lobby Waterfall.

International Buffets are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Weekend High Tea is also available. A special Japanese buffet dinner is available on every Saturday night. The restaurant can easily accommodate a total of 180 guests.

Cafe Serena Brasserie signature dishes are Scallops and Prawns “Eurasia” (tender sautéed scallops and prawns on baby brassica with a red curry sauce), Creamy Asian Mushroom Soup (served with a Chinese fried bun), Pacific Salmon Burger (with mango salsa and potato salad), Fettuccini “Alfredo” (with asparagus, beef bacon, sun dried tomato and mushroom in cream sauce), Fan Fried Furikake Salmon (on vegetable fettucinni and sun dried tomato sauce), Nasi Goreng Kampung (fried rice with baby anchovies, chilli, fried chicken, prawns, satay and topped with fried egg) and Nasi Lemak (traditional style coconut flavoured rice served with beef rending or chicken curry, sambal of the day, fried egg and fried anchovies).


Some of the delectable desserts available on the a la carte menu include Nikko Banana Boat, Green Tea Ice Cream, Warm Chocolate Pudding and Malaysian Ice Kacang.
