Situated right in the heart of the city at the centre of "The Golden Triangle". The restaurant's soft opening on 20th February 1993 was officiated by Tan Sri Dato' Azman Hashim, Chairman of AMDB Berhad.
Maintaining the Malay Cultural heritage, this restaurant inherits the gable roof reminiscent of both Perak and Malacca influence. At the top of the roof is the traditional "Tunjuk Langit" with the handcarved "Balung Ayam". Inside the central pillar "Tiang Seri" has great symbolic significance. In the restaurant, there are four such unique pillars.
The Dining Hall covers an area of 629 square metres and can accommodate 500 people comfortably. At one end of the hall is the 35 square metres stage where Malay Cultural shows are performed nightly.
To dine at here is a total Malay Heritage experience in itself, an authentic Malay Cuisine is served within an ambience of Malay Decor, music and dance.The trappings of Malay Traditional Cuisine and Culture at its best.
