This restaurant is renowned for its Gaozhou-style dishes.
Golden Beancurd is prepared by stuffing fried minced pork and mackerel in beancurd before cooking for 2 hours in soup, resulting in an exceptionally fresh and scrumptious taste. Gaozhou Bitter Gourd is made by insertingstuffings through an opening on top of gourd and simmered for an hour with soup. Its taste is simply marvellous. Fermented red beancurd is marinated with braised pork to produce Hometown Braised Pork Belly.
This dishes very appetising when eaten with soft yam and rice. The fragnant Hometown Salted Chicken is marinated for 2 days with salt and rose water essence before steaming.
