A bowl of exquisite beef noodles requires skilful cooking, meticulous preparation of the soup base and selection of beef.

Ms Helena Chui specialises in preparing delicious Beef Noodles - the soup base is brewed from beef bones and herbs for 5 hours. Premium silverside beef is stewed and simmered for 5 hours till it becomes tender. When eaten with delectable noodles imported from Taiwan, the taste is simply superb.

Other recommended Taiwan snacks include Fried Onion Pancake which is as crispy as Roti Canai, Noodles with Soybean Paste and Chicken Dumpling. All food served here are certified halal.
