With a history of over 50 years, Restoran Ampang Fishball is well-known in Ampang Street. Loyal patrons continue to patronise the stall for this tasty dish although it has moved out from its famous locale.The owner says that the fishballs' texture is determined by the fish quality. He only selects good-quality herring because they mostly feed on smaller fish and prawns.
