Walls of water and glass section off certain areas of this contemporary designed restaurant with the focal point being the floor-to-ceiling glass sake room.
The menu features a range of modern Tokyo and traditional cuisine. There is plenty to choose from the selections of appetisers, soups, mains and desserts. In addition, good cuts of sushi and sashimi with innovative twists such as sashimi drenched in ponzu and basil sauce are highly recommended. Rolls are creatively prepared and the Malaysian version incorporates mango, prawns and apple with red and green chilli.
