D'Tandoor was established on 17th May 1993. It's principal area of expertise is in Moghul Cooking. During it's few years of activity, the restaurant has established itself as one of the leading Moghul restaurants in the country.



Heavy studded solid wooden doors greet guests at this Moghul restaurant while behind the doors, waiters decked out in mirrored Rajastani style waistcoats usher diners to their tables as lively Indian music emanates from every corner. Traditional Indian paintings adorn the walls whilst a funky luminous night scene glows above the buffet table.



The extensive menu features a wide range of Northern Indian and Moghul specialities. It ranges from the stuffed naan selection to creamy mutton karai made with a subtle blend of spices and is served in a karai, or Indian wok. For green input, don't miss the malai kofta: vegetable balls stuffed with cottage cheese and fry fruit and served in a thick creamy sauce. Of the several biryani dishes offered, one non - mughlai dish from Hyderabab containing succulent pieces of lamb is not to be missed. Ranging across time and space, region and community, mughlai preparation at this restaurant emulates the unique cuisine from its original place of birth.
