The welcoming interior encompasses cosy and spacious seating areas and outdoor seating options in some of the outlets. A trendy touch and contemporary ambience defines this modern Western fine dining chain. The outlets display open kitchen concepts and modern lifestyle dining options.

The menu features an an extensive spread of succulent prime U.S. Beef, fresh live seafood from the Pacific & Atlantic ocean to compliment the mouth-watering appetizers, soups and desserts. Signature dishes are the charbroiled US Steaks.

Appetisers range from the San Francisco hor's d'oeuvres (for 2 paxs), seafarers' selection of rock oysters, surf Clams, smoked salmon, and shrimps and caviar to escargots and Tex-Mex starters. The soup pot selection includes lobster bisque, Dallas oxtail soup or the Dakota oxtail soup.

Seafood mains include the US. Maine Lobster which is grilled or baked and the mains include the San Francisco fillet mignon.

US T-bone steak, black pepper steak, ribeye, wild mushroom steak, carpetbag steak, grilled whole lobster, salmon steak, rack of lamb and Harlem brownies.
