2. All payments must be made with CIMB Bank credit cards.
3. The privileges cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products or benefits-in-kind. However, payments made
using the CIMB Enrich MasterCard credit card at establishments,merchants and suppliers marked with the symbol ( ) (hereinafter referred to as the “Enrich Merchant”) and at establishments,merchants and suppliers featured herein who are currently not Enrich Merchants but subsequently become Enrich Merchants will earn Enrich Miles instead of the privileges featured herein.
4. CIMB Bank gives no representation or warranty with respect to any goods or services provided under the CIMB Bank Smart
Rewards 2010 offer and neither is it to be implied that CIMB Bank endorses the goods or services offered by the establishment, merchant or supplier under this CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer. In particular, CIMB Bank gives no warranty with respect to the quality of goods or services purchased or redeemed or their suitability for any purpose. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary herein contained, any dispute concerning goods or services received under the CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer shall be settled directly between the cardmember and the participating establishment, merchant or supplier involved. CIMB Bank will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.
5. In case of any dispute by the cardmember relating to the CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer, the decision of CIMB Bank
shall be final and binding.
6. CIMB Bank reserves the right at any time to terminate the CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer or any of the privileges
therein without prior notice to the cardmember.
7. CIMB Bank reserves the right to withdraw or substitute any of the privileges or amend the terms and conditions stated herein from time to time without prior notice to the cardmember. Any termination of the CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer or any of the privileges or the substitution or variation by CIMB Bank of any privileges or amendments of the terms and conditions contained herein shall not entitle the cardmember to any claims or compensation from CIMB Bank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the cardmember, whether directly or indirectly caused.
8. All privileges featured herein the CIMB Bank Smart Rewards 2010 offer are valid until 31 December 2010 or such revised period as may be determined by CIMB Bank.
