Zuan Yuan introduces refreshing and aromatic tea-infused dishes served in a set menu for lunch and dinner in April. Using premium Chinese tea leaves like 'Loong Jin', 'Wu Loong', 'Tik Kuan Yin', Jasmine and Chrysanthemum, Chef Michael Chew's mastery skills not only enhances the flavour of each dish presented but at the same time retain the natural flavours of the tea leaves.
 
Dishes on the set menu include the Double Boiled Shark's Fin Soup with Pear and Chrysanthemum Flower, Pan Grilled Marinated Cod Fish with 'Tik Kuan Yin', Stir Fried Scallop with Wolfberry and 'Wu Loong' Tea followed by Green Tea Cake as dessert.
