Colonial Hi-Tea Buffet

The bountiful Paya Serai colonial themed brunch starts from 12.30pm until 5pm and is priced at RM75++ per adult and RM49++ per child below 12 years old. The bountiful buffet features extensive European varieties apart from the local Malay, Chinese and Indian favourites. There are numerous cheese selections, Goose Liver Terrine, Nicoise Salad, Fresh Oyster, Fresh Slipper Lobster, Lobster Bisque, Oven Baked Whole Venison, Baked Mussels Mediterranean Style, Ravioli with Spinach, Lamb Shank Moroccan Style, Chicken Leg Stuffed with Wild Mushrooms, Egg Benedictine with Smoked Salmon, Crepes, Assort Macaroons, Assorted Pralines and Cup Cakes, just to name a few. Other local fare includes Kerabu, Popiah Basah, Roti Jala and Curry, Tandoori, Naan Bread, Potato Masala, Malay Kuih-muih, Bubur Durian, Roasted Duck and many more.
