Moo Cow Moments Contest Terms & Conditions

CONTEST
1. This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above except for the employees of Moo Cow International Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “Moo Cow”), advertising agencies, media agencies, licensees, and their immediate family members
2. The contest will begin at 12.00am 14th May 2012 and end at 11.59pm 10th June 2012. Moo Cow reserves the right to amend the contest period at any time. All entries received outside the contest period will be disqualified.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES & QUALIFYING CRITERIA
1. To participate in this contest, you will need to take a photograph of you AND your family/friends enjoying Moo Cow Yogurt at any one of our outlets nationwide. Participants will have to upload the photograph to Moo Cow’s Facebook Page accompanied by:
a) The Moo Cow Outlet location the photograph was taken.
b) Tag 5 of your friends in the photograph.
c) Includes Slogan: “ I Love Moo Cow because ...” ( in not more than 30 words).
2. Each participant will be identified by his or her Facebook profile used during the submission of the photograph. Participants are encouraged to use their most active account to ensure easy participant contact.
3 . The contest will be separated into 4 rounds, where each round takes place every 7 days.
4. At the end of each round, the qualifying winner will be contacted.
5. Each participant can submit only one (1) entry per round.

PRIZES & PRIZE REDEMPTION
1. Winners will be contacted via their Facebook accounts used to participate in the contest. In the event that a participant is not contactable within three (3) consecutive days, Moo Cow reserves the right to disqualify his/her eligibility and the next qualified participant will be selected.
2. There are a total of 4 prizes to be given out for the duration of the contest.
3. Every round, one (1) Apple iPad 3 16GB WiFi will be given out.
4. Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize for each round of the contest. 5. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash, goods or credit, in part or in full.
6. Moo Cow shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice, liability or compensation to any participant or any
