Serving mainly steaks and other grilled items, US rib eye steak and the charbroiled chili US spare ribs topped with a slightly spicy sauce are firm favourites. To offer variety, there is also the superior soup which consists of shark’s fin with abalone. Jet-flown live Atlantic lobsters are also served grilled or baked.

A must-try in the dessert section is the bombe Alaska.
